Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and processed.
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
