Products & Services

Orka Official offers office chairs, ergonomic seating, and furniture products designed for residential and commercial use within the United States.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that all billing and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

We currently accept payments through secure third-party payment providers, including Shop Pay and major credit/debit cards.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Orka Official reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale purposes.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and can no longer be canceled. Customers must follow our return process after delivery if they wish to return the product.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States.

Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are approximate and may vary depending on shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Orka Official is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
The product must be in acceptable condition
Proof of purchase is required

Returned products may be inspected before a refund is approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and processed.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Orka Official reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Warranty

Orka Official products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper assembly
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery

Warranty claims may require photo evidence, proof of purchase, and product inspection.
