At first I got the order during my Lunch break. I had a wooden chair for online work. Soon as I had the chance I put it together fast as I can. I did NOT follow instructions to put it together But it was not needed as it was Very easy to assemble!!!I have back problems and a tailbone issue but this chair offers the support I do need!Very Satisfied!!! Best purchase I’ve made for working at home.Love it!!!

Update: I reached out to their support and they were very prompt in sending me the replacement parts. They didn't have the right lumbar pillow but substituted it with something else. But their support felt awesome in resolving this so quickly. 5-stars for their support, and I bumped up my rating to 5-stars as well. So far it feels like a very nice chair.I bought this after reading a review that this is the right choice for anyone less than 6ft tall and I think it lives up to that expectation, it's a bit more comfortable than the Respawn chair I bought. While Respawn's chair was study and the parts were great, this one came short on a few things.1. The lower back support had the cover that couldn't close since the zipper on that was broken on arrival and I couldn't even attempt to close that.2. The right arm already started to wobble and started to make noise which would be quite annoying when you are in meetings and such. It's a bit loser than the left arm.These are faults on arrival and I'd appreciate if the support can help me resolve these 2 issues, I'd be happy camper with this chair, and could increase my rating.

Very pleased with this gaming chair with footrest. Very sturdy and well made. Upon receipt of my chair, it was damaged and communicated with Hbada customer service. They promptly sent me a replacement chair. Its a very comfortable chair, good lumbar support and the footrest is great. It was not difficult to put together and the adjustable arms, reclining feature is super. Its an affordable chair with a great design and good for people that are not tall. Definitely recommend this chair. Thank you Hbada.

Got this chair, had it together within 30 minutes. The pictures in the instructions were kinda small but it was easy enough to figure out for an almost 40 year old IT guy. The only "drawback" is the footrest doesn't go out very far so it ends up being at my calves. I guess I would call it more of a calf rest but still usable. Just can't really stretch out in it. Other than that, a wonderful chair. I'm definitely enjoying it!
